Our most commonly used service is on-site service at the firm's installation location.  This service generally provides the best overall result because we have an opportunity to observe YOUR computers and network behavior as well as develop a personal relationship with you or your staff members.  Experienced gained over the past decade with the software applications we sell and support can save you countless hours of frustration and missteps. In most cases we can quickly identify areas of weakness with respect to your hardware or personnel that can save you the pain and aggravation of trial and error by chopping years off your learning curve.

Real-time Remote Support and Training (legal applications)

Thanks to the advent of high-speed Internet we now have the ability to connect directly to one of your office computers to perform many of the same services that used to require on-site presence. Using simple to use web-based software we can securely see and do everything you can see or do on a network or stand-alone computer in your office.  This service also eliminates travel and parking charges and carries the advantage that it can be used for short duration assistance to solve a simple problem.

Support Rates: Support is billed in 15 minute intervals. Each 15 minutes = $40. We also have larger pre-paid blocks of time available at reduced rates for training and customized services.

Terms: Your credit card information is required prior to service* If we are unable to help you there is NO CHARGE. * If you prefer you may  pay us by check, but we must hold a credit card as security. You will receive a itemized bill by email or regular mail for all services.
