Using simple to use web-based software we can securely see and do everything you can see or do on a network or stand-alone computer in your office.  This service also eliminates travel and parking charges and carries the advantage that it can be used for short duration assistance to solve a simple problem.

Support Rates: Support is billed in 15 minute intervals. Each 15 minutes = $40. We also have larger pre-paid blocks of time available at reduced rates for training and customized services.
