we offer come with a 30-day money back guarantee. This means
that you must register and activate your software within 30 days
of installation even though you have already paid for it.
This can be done by calling or emailing the technical support
number of your software manufacturer. If you have doubts about
whether this is the right software we suggest that you do not
register the product until you are reaching the end of the
30-day installation period. You may also extend your free
introductory support period depending on the manufacturer.

To return a product you'll need to request

will be needed to authorize your
return:
- Customer name
- Purchase date
- Item serial number (if applicable)
- Nature of the problem or reason for return
We cannot guarantee or
authorize refunds for products outside manufacturer 30-day
return period. However, under certain circumstances, we can
intervene on your behalf to obtain a refund after this period.
In general the following policies apply to all product
purchases:
