All software purchased from Automated Business Consultants comes directly from the manufacturer to assure you that you are receiving the latest version available. All PCLaw products come with unlimited FREE interim upgrades (Internet) for the each major release.  This means that if you purchase any version 8 edition of PCLaw you are entitled to download the latest release throughout the life cycle of version 8.  You can also upgrade users or modules at any time.  Due to the unique design of PCLaw you never need additional CDs or disks to upgrade. When you purchase these upgrades from us you will only pay our current discounted price for the additional items.

Terms

All orders must be paid in advance by check, money order, or credit card. Purchaser understands and agrees to seek all post sales support for the software product, directly from the manufacturer.

Downloads

All new PCLaw product purchases are available for immediate download. After payment and customer information has been confirmed by Lexis Nexis an email will be sent containing a link for downloading the program and Installation key. (High-speed Internet  connection required)

Shipping

The only shipping option from Lexis Nexis is standard overnight shipping. Cost for this service is $20. Generally orders confirmed by 12 noon EST will ship the same day.  Please note that a printed manual is now an optional item (see price list below)

Product Support

All PCLaw versions come with a complementary support period (PCLaw=60 days, PCLawPro=90 days).  At the end of this period, the manufacturer will bill you for an additional year. You may elect to accept or decline.  In addition to unlimited toll-free support, will receive any Interim  upgrade versions at no additional cost. You may also upgrade (at any time) to any other level (or configuration) of the same software for the difference in cost of our Discounted Price List.

Online Training

You may purchase online training from Lexis Nexis or Automated Business Consultants.  WE DISCOUNT BOTH options when you purchase training at the same time you purchase PCLaw (Lexis Nexis does not offer this option).

Lexis Nexis offers basic online group training at specified preset times throughout the month. You must "sign up" for the date(s) you want.

Single Session: $90           Block of 3 sessions: $245

Automated Business Consultants offers one-on-one online training and configuration.  Using special software we can remotely control your computer so we perform the same services as we would on a onsite visit. It is difficult to overstate the importance of proper configuration which we accomplish by an in-depth interview process.  Training is scheduled at your convenience.

Block of 3 sessions: $375 ($450 if purchased separately)
